Physical fitness has many different components, from healthy eating to exercise to the body’s ability to fight off diseases. Fitness is an essential part of healthy living and well being. IPACC would like to support people who make fitness possible for themselves and others in their community. We provide support for fitness leaders and role models involved in a variety of fitness fields such as:

• Aquafit Fitness Leader
• Yoga Fitness Leader
• Senior Fitness Leader
• Other type of Fitness…if you do not see your activity here please let us know what we may be missing.
IPACC has also put together a Fitness Program bulletin board for Team Players who would like to share their work and events with others.

What is the Aboriginal Community Warrior™ (ACW) Program?
With staggering rates of Diabetes, Obesity and Heart disease in Aboriginal Territories across Canada, we need to intervene now if we want our future generations to prosper as they are meant to. Native Way Training Services Inc. (NWTS) has combined three valuable resources in order to train First Nations, Inuit and Metis people to become fierce community health leaders who will have the skills to promote culturally centered health practices in a knowledgeable, safe and efficient manner. If you care about your people and would like to be part of the solution, this exciting 6 day training is for you!
